Please take the time to read product descriptions carefully before making purchases online. Dimensions and detailed descriptions are carefully provided to you.
Orders placed online will be shipped within 1-5 business days via USPS.
Regular priced merchandise may be returned for store credit that may be used for in stock items only, Custom commissions can not be purchased with store credit. To be eligible, merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt in their original, unused and unaltered condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing additional insurance and tracking to ensure it is returned safely. Store credit will be issued once the merchandise has been received and the condition confirmed.

Merchandise purchased in person from the shop, at a show or through representatives of Key 3 may also be exchanged for store credit as long as it is returned in the original, undamaged, unused state within 10 days of purchase.
LOCAL PICK UP & DELIVERY
Pick up from the shop can be arranged by appointment at no extra charge. All deliveries or meet ups in town will be charged a minimum of $20.00 and are subject to availability.
